The NextGen Pastor helps Brookside Church carry out its mission by providing spiritual, pastoral, and administrative leadership to all aspects of NextGen Ministries (birth through grade 12 students and their families). He ensures the proper biblical teaching is conducted in the Student Ministries and Kids Ministry, as well as shepherding carefully and prayerfully the children, teens, parents, and volunteers involved in all NextGen Ministries.
The KidsMin Director will lead and direct the Children’s Ministries of Brookside Church, developing and overseeing programs that help kids grow into healthy followers of Jesus. This includes developing effective systems, compelling programs, and equipping volunteers to provide a safe environment for our children. Additionally, the KidsMin Director will be a primary voice and advocate for the needs of kids at Brookside.
NextGen Ministry Assistant
Assists the NextGen Ministry at Brookside in the execution of ministry, including ministry office operations, volunteer scheduling and compliance, assistance with curriculum preparation, and administrative assistance for large events, retreats, and other special events as planned by NextGen staff.
Facilities Maintenance Assistant
At Brookside, our Facilities Maintenance Assistant exists to support and maintain all our ministry environments. This part-time role will partner with Brookside by providing building and grounds maintenance and event support.
