G! clubs
A Girlfriends Club (G! Club) is a group of women that gather together to spend time with old friends and make friends with new. Each of the clubs is centered around a similar interest. If you have an idea for other clubs, we would love to hear your ideas.
Catch Up & Craft
Catch Up and Craft is a club for ladies who are looking for some time to work on those projects that seem to always get pushed aside. Whether it's scrapbooking, stamping, sewing, quilting, coupon clipping or any other activity, gather your supplies and meet us at Brookside. There are always large work areas available along with snacks, coffee, fun, and prizes! It's an evening of fun and accomplishment!
Paintin' Ladies
Whether you're new to painting or you've been enjoying it for years, you'll find a place with our Paintin' Ladies. Watercolor painting techniques are taught at each meeting, and you don't need to be artistic as patterns are provided.
Ya Ya Yarners
The Ya Ya Yarners are women who knit or crochet, or want to learn how. During the 2010 winter months, we will meet monthly with the Catch-up & Crafts group. We are currently making Prayer Shawls for those from Brookside who are in the hospital or nursing homes. We are also making hats for cancer patients and baby blankets for the Hope Center. Come for fellowship and encouragement, and bring whatever project you are working on. It's always lots of fun!
