Pastor Jim is responsible for spiritual continuity throughout the ministries of Brookside Church as well as ministering from the pulpit on Sunday mornings. He works closely with the leadership teams and the other pastoral staff as they work to develop a quality ministry that reaches out and draws others to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Pastor Jim is a graduate of University of Toledo, and he received his Masters of Divinity from Grace Theological Seminary. He and his wife have two children and have been a part of the Brookside family since July, 1997.

Pastor Rocky is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Brookside. His experience both as a businessman and a Pastor of Family Ministries help him bring a balance to doing ministry in a practical yet Christ-centered way. He is a graduate of Bethel University, and he and his wife, Sue have two children. The Rocholls have been a part of the Brookside family since June, 1998.

Pastor Nick oversees the different dimensions of worship. He is married to Sarra and they have five children, Keyndal, Camryn, Rhett, Asa, and Jude. His heart’s cry is that "by worshiping, the saints would be renewed often, and that people searching for a God might find new dimensions of faith." Nick loves building relationships and watching the joy of our Lord come out of people! Here’s what he has to say about the Brookside community: "Our Love is Big and our Love is Loud!"

Kent is responsible for the visitation interaction at Brookside. Seeking to visit Brooksiders who are hospitalized, as well as regularly scheduled visits to those who are homebound or are in care facilities, Kent desires to provide ministry support wherever the need. He is a graduate of Indiana University and he and his wife, Barbara, have four children. Since returning to Fort Wayne in September, 1997, the Keeners have been attending Brookside.

Phill is responsible for our youth department, overseeing grades 5-12. He grew up at Brookside, attended Moody Bible Institute, and in 2005 returned as Pastor of Youth Ministries. Phill’s passion is to see each student pursue Christ with all their heart and he is working to intentionally train students to be future leaders.

Pastor Mark is responsible for the 56 and Middle School ministries at Brookside. His passion is to see Jesus Christ exalted in the lives of all who attend Brookside. He strives to make true disciples of children and young adults. He is married to his wonderful wife Kelsey. Mark is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and has been part of the Brookside family since February 2008.

Mark Pospisil, Middle School Pastor

Jan is responsible for our entire "ALL-STARS" Children’s Ministries. Overseeing programs for age's birth - 4th grade fall under her scope. Jan's passion is seeing children and families discipled and taught God's Word in fun and creative ways. Jan graduated from Purdue University and completed a Master's Program at Saginaw Valley State University. She taught school for years before "retiring" into the ministry 10 years ago. Jan and her husband, Vic, recently relocated from Michigan to the Auburn area and are parents to grown children - Micah and Megan.
