If you desire to use a room or rooms at Brookside for an event, please fill out the form below. Submitting this form does not guarantee you use of the facility, you must await approval from the church office to be assured that a room/rooms have been reserved for you. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the church office at 485.9665.
